Sunny Lane is a private street of historic homes that include many extended stay rooms and suites. The Boarding House Suite is located in a 1930’s two story home with the atmosphere of bygone days. When entering the home through the front door you will notice the central hallway staircase with many photos of 1930’s legends and iconic structures. The stairway leads you to the Boarding House Suite which has a spacious one bedroom  with ample closets, a queen size bed and bathroom that features a shower-bathtub combo. The Living Room and Dining Room are furnished with antique period furniture complemented by hardwood floors and area rugs. The period kitchen has been  updated with stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, and washer and dryer. Essentials include cookware, dishes and flatware.

Additional amenities included in your stay are high speed internet, two Tv’s, cable, central heat and air, private off street parking, and housekeeping once a week. All extended stay guests are welcome to use the offerings of Rosevine Inn Bed and Breakfast including hot tub, treehouse, game room and outdoor fireplaces.
The Boarding House Suite includes all bills at only $1575 per month.
